DELIVERY

I’ve entered my delivery address wrong – how can I change it?

We would be more than happy to update your address as long as your order has not yet been sent out for delivery. If your order has been sent out for delivery, please reach out to us at [email protected] or Call / WhatsApp +2349082966015 or DM @tokatoka_lagos on instagram with your correct address so we can further assist!

What is the status of my order?

We aim to have all orders delivered within 1-3 business days. Please note, during busy, sale and promotional times we can often have small delays as stated on our shipping page. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are shipped the following business day. If you have any further questions about the status of your order please email us at [email protected]

Do you have an option to pick up at your store rather than delivery?

Yes you can pick up orders at our physical store at 1, Commercial Avenue, Opposite Ozone Cinemas, Sabo-Yaba, Lagos.

How much is delivery?

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all states in Nigeria.

 

ORDER ISSUES

I want to make a change to my order, what can I do?

Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed for delivery we may be able to make changes to your order however, if it’s too late – sorry, it’s too late!

I want to cancel my order, what can I do?

Once an order is delivered we’re unable to cancel the order. All delivered sales are final.

I placed an order but have not received an order confirmation or any further communication, what should I do?

Make sure you check your junk/spam folder in case it has ended up there. If you still can not find it, you may have entered in your email address incorrectly or used another one. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so they can resend it to your correct email address. Make sure to include your full name, email address and order number if you have it!

I’m missing part of my order, is the rest still coming?

We’re so sorry to hear there is an issue with your order, this is definitely not something we want our customers to experience. Could you please send through an email with your order number to [email protected] so we can look further into this for you.

I’ve received the wrong item or size?

If you’ve double checked your order confirmation and have received the wrong size or item, please reach out to us so we can help right away!

My item arrived faulty, what do I do?

Uh oh, if you believe you have received a faulty item please email us at [email protected] right away with images and we will resolve it for you as soon as we can!

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns on purchased items. All sales are final.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on purchases. However we offer exchange on faulty items. Please see our Returns page for more information.
