Exchange and Replacement Policy
Notification Period
You must notify us within 3 days of your order being delivered to request an exchange or replacement.
Eligibility for Exchange/Replacement
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchange or replacement.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or replacements are available.
Process for Exchange/Replacement
To initiate an exchange or replacement, contact our customer service team on instagram (@tokatoka_lagos) or email orders.tokatoka@gmail.com. Please include your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for your request.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item(s).
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning and exchanging the item(s).
Exceptions
Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange or replacement. Please check the product listing for specific details.
Additional Information
- Exchanges and replacements will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
