We ship worldwide! Whether you’re shopping from the comfort of your home in Lagos or anywhere else, Tokatoka will deliver to you.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 – 5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 1 – 5 business days (local orders), 3 – 7 business days (international orders).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are provided at checkout based on your location.
  • Free local standard shipping on orders over NGN 200,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll be notified with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
